Robotics Learning Path

Robotics

Robotics is the science and technology of designing, building, and operating robots. Robots are machines that can perform tasks autonomously or with minimal human intervention. They can be programmed to perform specific tasks, like moving objects or exploring environments. Robotics is an exciting and rapidly advancing field with many promising applications, such as medical robotics and autonomous vehicles.

Why Learn Robotics

Learning robotics can help children develop a range of valuable skills, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork. It can also teach them about science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts in a fun and engaging way. By working on robotics projects, children can learn how to design, build, and program robots, which can help them develop an interest in STEM fields and prepare them for future careers.

Robotics Competitions In UK

EEP Robotics Challenge: The EEP Robotics Challenge in the UK is a robotics competition for students aged 11-14. The challenge requires students to design, build, and program robots to complete specific tasks, such as navigating a maze or picking up objects.

VEX Robotics Competition: The VEX Robotics Competition, presented by the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation, is the largest and fastest growing middle school and high school robotics program globally with more than 20,000 teams from 50 countries playing in over 1,700 competitions worldwide.
